The Wellness Concepts programs is based on the infertility program at Harvard's Mind/Body Medical Institute in Boston. Kathy Stern, M.A., director and facilitator of the Houston classes is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Kathy holds certificates in training for Infertility, Menopause, Cancer, and Medical Symptom Reduction from Harvard's Mind/Body Medical Institute and is accredited through the International Association of Mind/Body Professionals.
She most recently lead groups at The Mind/Body Medical Institute at Southwest Memorial. Kathy offers a unique blend of personal and professional experience in the field of infertility. Kathy has been and is currently the director of Surrogacy Specialists of America, LLC and Parenting Options.
